'Shrimp and Grits' at Crook's Corner!

Debi and I are in Chapel Hill, NC, visiting my sister, Patrice, and her wonderful family.

Crook's has the reputation for being "the birthplace of Shrimp and Grits."

I had my first award winning shrimp and grits at the famous Crook's Corner a few years back. We had them again last night and they remain a delicious meal. I have tried to make their recipe a few times at home with various results. So it is aways great to eat the real stuff. They have wonderful food and desserts.
